Why I love Specialty Cakes

Specialty cakes allow not only the baker but the customer themselves to express their artistic vision. These kinds of cakes are not only fun to look at, but they are fun to decorate! The customer is finally able to bring their imagination of this amazingly decorated cake to life with a specialty cake. Homemade cakes aren’t an easy task but with all the love and time put into the product I can create the best cake for my customers. Some customers love their custom cakes to be a little boozy while others want fun and kid appropriate like "ice cream sundae" look alike. Whichever direction the customer chooses to go In the Mix has a great time putting together these cakes! :)
