I am Lena!
Baking has always been a passion of mine, since the age of ten. I found comfort and happiness baking for my friends and family. I started with following simple recipes I found online, I would work day and night to perfect them.
At the age of 16 I began working at a small bakery in Maplewood, where I studied and practiced making cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. By fall of 2013 I set out to Johnson & Wales University, where I would further my studies in Pastry Arts. During my time at Johnson & Wales, I went abroad to France and Italy, to further gain my knowledge of pastry arts and designs on a global scale. By Fall of 2018, I had acquired my Associates in Baking & Pastry Arts, my Bachelors in Food Service Management with a concentration in Contemporary Pastry Arts, and lastly my MBA with a concentration in Hospitality.
As I built my baking toolbelt I set out to develop my own style of recipes and quality ingredients for my customers. I want to share my love of baking to bring people the same happiness I have when I am baking for them.
